There are at least three different artists called Bel. 1. Hailing from the small town of Clovis, California, United States, Isabel Whelan a.k.a. BEL is an American indie singer songwriter. She crafts nostalgic songs with honesty and attention to detail, occupying the intersection of indie rock, pop and folk, while taking cues from the likes of Stevie Nicks, Joni Mitchell and Mazzy Star. Het debut single, 'Silver Line', came out in 2020, her debut EP, Muscle Memory, in 2021. More singles and two more EPs ensued.
