American rappers Playboi Carti and Travis Scott are a rap duo first formed on May 15, 2017 when Travis uploaded a track to Soundcloud titled "Green & Purple" featuring Playboi Carti. They reunited on May 2, 2018 on the song "Love Hurts" which then went on to Carti's debut studio album "Die Lit". On August 4, 2018, the day after Travis' hit studio album ASTROWORD was released, Travis played throwaway tracks on his and Chase B's Apple Music exclusive podcast ".
